Would have appreciated more clarity as to how we get our money back or in this case what trip they were offering instead . It looked like they were ioffering a shorter trip but didn’t mention any change in price and it looked like we had to get our own transportation to the meeting point whereas originally they offered pick up at the hotel . Wrote back to them and no response and tried to call with no response . Called Viator who wasn’t able to reach them either”
